📅 Scheduling and Cancellation

Q: Can I reschedule a lesson?
A: Yes, but you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, the lesson will be charged and cannot be rescheduled.

Q: How many times can I reschedule within a month?
A: You may reschedule up to 2 times within a 30-day period.

Q: How often can I reschedule?
A: Only one reschedule is allowed every 15 days.

Q: What happens if I exceed the rescheduling limit?
A: Any additional changes beyond the allowed limit will be treated as cancellations and charged in full.

Q: What if I miss my lesson without notice?
A: Any no-show will result in the lesson being fully charged.

Lesson Expiry

Q: Do lessons expire?
A: Yes. All lessons must be taken within 30 days of the scheduled date. After that, the session expires.

Q: Will I get a refund for missed lessons?
A: No. Missed lessons, late rescheduling (less than 24 hours), and cancellations are non-refundable.

📈 Minimum Monthly Commitment

Q: Is there a minimum number of hours I must take per month?
A: Yes. Students are required to complete at least 8 hours of lessons each month.
