📘 Private Class Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

● Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

• Rescheduling Notice:
  A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson.
  If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, rescheduling is not allowed, and the lesson will be charged.

• Rescheduling Limit:
  You may reschedule a lesson up to 2 times within a 30-day period.

• Rescheduling Frequency:
  Only one reschedule is allowed every 15 days.

• Exceeding the Limit:
  Once the rescheduling limit is reached, any further changes will be treated as cancellations and charged in full.

• No-Show:
  If you do not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be fully charged.

● Lesson Expiry Policy

• Expiry:
  Lessons must be taken within 30 days from the date of scheduling.
  After that, the lesson will expire.

• No Refunds:
  Missed lessons, late rescheduling (less than 24 hours), or cancellations are non-refundable.

● Minimum Monthly Hours

• Requirement:
  Students are required to take a minimum of 8 hours of lessons per month.

● Fees (100% of the lesson rate applies)

• Cancellation:
  Cancellations are charged in full.

• Late Rescheduling:
  Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the lesson will be fully charged.

• Absence:
  Missed lessons (no-show) are charged in full.

● Late Arrival

• Grace Period:
  A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Beyond 10 Minutes:
  The lesson will be considered a no-show and fully charged.

📘 Group Class Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

🔄 Rescheduling

• Group classes are held at fixed times and cannot be rescheduled.

• Rescheduling is not available on an individual basis.

• If a group session is canceled by the tutor, a make-up class will be offered.

❌ Cancellations

• No refunds or make-up sessions are offered for missed group classes.

• Students are responsible for attending on time.

• Price: $49/hour

Benefits:

• Maximum flexibility: Unlimited rescheduling allowed up to 6 hours before the lesson

• Free cancellation: Allowed with at least 12 hours’ notice

• Priority scheduling: Get access to preferred time slots

• Direct communication: Quick and personal support via direct messaging

• Extended expiry: Lessons are valid for 90 days after the booking date
